It all started with a cup of coffee! When we met for our first date at Wildflour Cafe in Providence, Char's pup Milo gave Lucas a sniff and declared him worthy, which, if you knew Milo, was a rare and prestigious honor.

Fast forward through countless CrossFit sessions, endless snuggles with Milo, Professor, Squeaky, Stefka, and Sadie, and more Ninja Creami homemade ice cream experiments than we can count.
